For an exchange or return, the product must be:

📦 Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, with tags and any accompanying accessories.

- Return: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be returned via a designated courier service.
- If the product is delivered damaged or defective, the exchange or return is completely free. 🚚
